Picture #159 Joe. Explain that mess. How, who, what? I’m guessing that it was a lighting display.

This picture was found on the Internet by a member of my bulletin board, we discussed this for a while and later found out that the picture was taken south of the border.

I have been there and the electrical systems are usually found in this type of condition. I am almost sure that the mess of wires is the main "junction" for supply to a flea market light or receptacle.

I have seen that type of connection at some of the corner paper stand and where the utility looked the other way.
