What does the term bibet mean and relate to involving plumbing
Perhaps it was intended to be “bidet” a type of plumbing fixture. (a low-mounted plumbing fixture or type of sink intended for washing the genitalia, inner buttocks, and anus.)
Or perhaps “bibb” such as hose bibb (tap). (as a spigot or faucet in your area. In any case, it is the valve to which you connect a garden hose.)
Not a bidet - I know what that is.
Than perhaps “googling or looking up the word in the online dictionaries” provides the same result with reference to “bibet” related to plumbing.
