I’m retiring from the inspection trade and selling all my test equipment . Looking for any good offer and hoping to sell it all at one time. Additionally, I’m giving away my 5-day “Become a Home Inspector” Training at InterNACHI’s House of Horrors (an $1,875 value) to the buyer who takes it all. I won the training event during the Christmas party. My list of test equipment is provided here.

Extech MO260 Combination Pin/Pinless Moisture Meter
TPI 775 Combination Carbon Monoxide and Combustible Gas Leak Detector
Extech CT70 GFCI and AC Circuit Analyzer
Richo Theta 360 degree camera
FLIR CM72 600 A AC True-RMS Commercial Clamp Meter
Inspection Wire Gauges

Internachi Tool Bag
My situation is that it was hoping to make the transition from real estate appraising to inspecting. The reason for the effort was that it normally takes 2 to 3 times longer to do an appraisal than an inspection. Yes, the inspection times are similar, but the reporting times are not. But, during covid, my appraisal fees went up and it made it hard to turn down appraisal work for an inspection job. For this reason, I never made the transition and the my inspection license and equipment went unused. Now that I’m 65, I’m going to use whatever working years I have left doing appraisals. Thanks for your consideration on the test equipment. First good offer takes it all. Looking forward to hearing from you.
