Testing GFCI

Is there a tester that can test the GFCI outlets with out having to trip them then run around the house and hope to find the re-set button. I spend way to much time searching for the elusive re-set button instead of inspecting. thanks much

The best process is to check for “polarity” etc only and then trip the GFCI devices as you find them. You can leave them tripped and go back to see which ones went off.

I never trip anything until I see what is plugged in the garage and if workbenches etc are blocking access to GFCI resets.
