Larry is a good guy, and very generous with his time as well. Always fun to interact with on the forum. We may have our differences on certain topics, but he keeps it professional and I respect that.

I mentioned to you and Larry my father just closed on a home near Houghton Lake. We’ll have to connect soon. I’ll probably make a trip up there in summer of 2026!
