Just finished inspecting a 4000+ sf house that sits on a private golf course today. Finish work is being done as we speak. the guy paid 1.8 million for this thing. Got my name from NACHI’s findaninspector search site. Put in the zip code of where the house is located (3 miles away from my house). He told me that if I was a member of a NATIONAL ASSOCIATION that to him was better than being a member of a SOCIETY. He called me last night and booked the inspection. never once did he ask for a price. I faxed over the contract last night, met him this a.m. got the check (paid for 2.5 NACHI memberships).
