Hi everybody,

Just curious; if you could use only one marketing tool what would it be? Okay, maybe that's to difficult. Looking for the top two tools one would use for marketing his or her business.

Look forward to the replys.

My best to all,
Chris

I would join NACHI.

I would say that I have learned more off of this message board than all other forms of Schooling combind.I thought I knew what I was doing after being in the construction trade for 19 years and taking a class on Home inspection and passing the NHIE (ASHI) test but, I have learned so much from the people on this message board. It is kind of like taking science in School and then spending hours watching the Discovery channel.

Anyway back to your ? Go to the search area and enter marketing (I believe it is all in the members section) and you will find all the info you could ever need . The folks here are most generous with there knowledge.

I have put the past behind me,

where , however, it now sits, making rude remarks.

My 2 best marketing tools.

Hmmm let me see,

Ahhhh got it.

Professionalism & Education. (Not necessarily in that order).

John B. said ?Professionalism & Education? ? with which I agree.

To take that a bit further? No matter how great your marketing material ? if you are a poor HI, or a poor communicator, have a poor report, poor people skills, etc? the work will not come your way.

My best marketing tool is me - all the other marketing and sales materials that I use are simply extensions of that.

I’m in the process of assemblying mine. Hope to get them out to realtors within the next few months. I see a strong potential for this marketing tool. I’m currently looking for articles, etc. for inclusion. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

Use local interest articles!

These binders have "legs." Years later we find them in real estate offices (especially if you use my Advanced Tip). It's the marketing tool that keeps on marketing. For the buck... there is no better bang, bang, bang, bang...

Nick,

Which advanced tip. You've had so many great ones. Are you talking about the "Do Not Throw Away", tip?

I’ve been thinking about using the binders too. But there’s only about 6 realestate offices in town. I don’t really need 24 of them. Is there anyway we could purchase 12 for $50?..and maybe get half a mouse pad… icon_lol.gif

The invitations you send to local REALTORs for your own Chapter meetings are strong marketing tools too.
