For the foundation section of the report…what is the correct way
to describe the foundation of a 2nd story condominium?
The Multi level Condomimum units in Southern Calif. that I have
inspected are built on a slab foundation. ( the whole complex ).
Whats the correct way to describe or list, the 2nd story unit ?

I inspect and report the exterior and foundation of the entire complex as one building and split out the interior to each apartment.

Ditto… the foundation is for the entire building, not just the lowest level.

Yep - the foundation is the foundation, whether it supports 1 floor or 30.
