The Mystical Guide To Home Inspection
Reveals How to Blend Science with Sacred Thought to
Create the Home of Your Dreams

*“Faith’s approach to Home Inspection is a unique combination of practicality and spirituality. My clients… always feel enlightened and educated after spending time with her. I think you will agree…after reading her new book…”

  • **Linda McCormick, Metro Brokers -

December 1, 2005 - Many of us spend our hard earned money and valuable time with alternative health care in hopes of improving our health, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Yet, we often overlook the important role our home or office plays in supporting that health. If we are living in an unhealthy home, than all of our good work is negated and the improvement in our health remains elusive. So stresses Faith Ranoli, author of the new book The Mystical Guide To Home Inspection:** Thoughts from A Holistic Home Inspector.

Designed to help people understand the ins and outs of the home inspection process, Ranoli brings 30 years of construction experience to home inspections. A real estate consultant helping to sell properties that have been listed for a long time, she also assists homeowners and business owners create healthy and harmonious environments in which to live and work.

Buying and selling a home has many different facets and energy is just one, Ranoli explains, “Most often, if your energy and thoughts are clear, the right house or buyer will energetically be drawn to you. Nothing airy-fairy about that, it’s just using the natural laws of energy to work for you.”

Additionally, she details how to find the home inspector that’s right for you. “In most states, home inspectors are not licensed and anyone can call themselves a home inspector,” says Ranoli. “You need to know the right questions to ask when you are interviewing a home inspector. You need to know the things to realistically expect from an inspection and you need to remember that your realtor and home inspector are your team and all work for you.”

The book which helps guide realtors, homebuyers and sellers through the inspection process and keeping homes in stellar shape is divided into four parts: *

Ø Buying, selling or building
Ø Maintenance, safety & energy saving tips
Ø Buying & selling – the preparation
*Ø Creating a home sanctuary *

*Easy-to-read and highly accessible, **The Mystical Guide To Home Inspection **offers a new way to look at home inspections and the home buying process. It answers questions regarding the realities of home inspection and home care, and has tips on how to sell your house faster. But most importantly, it shows how blending science with the sacred can help create a healthy and thriving environment.

 House psychic? Earth acupuncture? Uh…

They have a little group that tried to join NACHI but couldn’t because of our entrance requirements. I referred them to ASHI which has no entrance requirements. They are now all ASHI Candidates and counted in amongst their membership. I wish them well.

Cripes!!!

Darn! That was what I was going to write as the sequel to my book!

What is the world coming to?

Oh, well. Time to put a gun in my mouth.

Please excuse me.

I’ve heard of deperate house wives,
but desperate inspectors is “out of this world”…

Don’t do it Will. I think most of the Loonies are west of you.

That is so way over the top, it’s mind boggling.

I resemble that remark.

Sokay Stephen. You’re in good company.

Peter’s out west too.

This months special:

Spirit Cleansing only $75 with any basic home inspection!

Don’t let any demons kill your deal (so to speak)! Act now!

ROFL! Love the ghosts.

…such as

  1. Have you ever heard a house sneeze?
  2. When you are going to give a house an enema, where do you place the hose?
  3. How many houses have you had sex with in the last three years?

But not everyone can call themselves a House Mystic. Who would want to?

-X This question is inappropriate; it should be rephrased to:

How many houses have you had **protected, consentual **sex with in the last three years?

Is there any E&O insurance that covers the mystical aspect of such home inspections? Somehow I could see the “chi” of a home being improperly diagnosed on behalf of a naive buyer. Or I could see the “chi” influencing a buyer to purchase a house only for it to morph into a lawsuit over how he/she was emotionally swayed by the inspector to purchase a home that had serious structural and/or health problems.:-({|=

Hi to all,

Just when I thought I had heard it all along comes the “House Whisperer”

Now I gotta go finish writing my new book “Zen and the art of home inspection”

I hope everybody has a Feng Shui day

Regards

Gerry

Ah…I see. You are suggesting that I only have sex with condominiums. Good idea.

It doesn’t get much flakier than this. Google the phone number in Nick’s original post. Here is the link. She looks to be associated with all sorts of strangeness.

There’s no research on sexually transmitted home diseases; it’s best to avoid learning of them first hand.8-
