It would appear he is going to round up all the home inspectors, which is how he will get around being licensed, to do the inspections and take his cut. I presume each inspector will have to have their own insurance, vehicle, etc. and then be classified as an independent contractor.
I wonder if that is legal?
You cannot advertise HI services unless you are specifically licensed to perform HI. Contractors do this often, but they have specific language to allow them to do so.
