And people wonder why I am in favor of REPEAL…Realtors getting involved in the Home Inspection Licensing…Hmmmmm, makes me wonder what else is up their sleeve.

As a Home Inspector do you get involved in Realtor laws and directives? I would think 99% don’t, so why are they getting involved in our profession? Think about it…

I agree wholeheartedly Russell, this is a perfect example of why we need to unite and we need to unite not just as Florida Inspectors but we will need the horsepower of this organization to fight large organizations like them.

It has been said on this message board many times, there are other states watching us and like Texas we will have the Realtor’s writing our COE & SOP’s before this is all over, just read those Facebook posts and see how they think. Now is the time to make the stand but we will needs lots of help from upper management of NACHI and we will need to be united as one and not fragmented!

As long as we stay united against licensing and we stop trying to tell contractors what they can and cannot do then I am in.
