Times do vary from house to house as you know.
It seems to me that the older the house, the longer it takes for me to complete the inspection. There's alot to observe in older homes and more to add onto the report. I always arrive a 1/2 hour early to inspect the exterior. And I find that I average about 2 hours inside the house. (I say again...average.)
Report writing will affect timing also. Computer generated, checklist and narrative will all affect your average completion time.
