Try looking into "The Six Week Body Makeover"
It works on waking up your Metabolism which has gone dormant. Both my wife and I have done it in the past and it works fantastic. It balances out the protein and carbs. You eat at least 5 times a day. When I did it I had trouble eating because I was always full. This plan is an individual plan, by that I mean it figures out your specific plan for your specific body type. If you want I could find out their website and e-mail it to you.
It also has you walk everyday to get some arobic activity to your heart.
Send me an e-mail if you want the info.

Just inspecting during the summer here in TX would make anyone loose weight. It’s 95+ degrees everyday with 75%+ humidity. Who needs a sauna when you can just go in a few 130+ degree attics everyday.
This is nothing special and I'd be glad to answer any questions on this subject for anyone. The one thing I learned from this book and all the people I met in the Body for Life club was how to GIVE back. They all helped me for no charge just made me promise to help others.
It amounts to six balanced meals a day (yes as an inspector you can achieve this) You must plan in advance on how to do this. You will find out how much more time you have every day when you plan your meals.
You do have to work out everyday but I do this first thing every morning. You'd be surprised how much more acute your senses are throughout the day once you get started.
I've been hobbled by a knee surgery and tennis elbow for a year an put on a few pounds. I started the regiment back a few weeks ago and KNOW that I will meet my goals.

I did the body for life challenge in 1999 and lost 30 lbs and regained my six pact from my younger days. Since then I have my case back. Hmmmm need to do it again.
