hello
i’m a newbie to home inspection. i’m a home inspector in california and would like if someone could please give a list of tools that i for sure need in order to to a thorough home inspection. i think i have a good idea however when i look at the different tools there are a million different ones to choose from and all at different prices. does anyone have any good tips for me when buying tools or lists of the tools along with the exact brand?

The most important tool you can purchase is education! If you dont know what tools you need to get started then you are a long way from your first inspection. But a lot closer to your first law suit.
