This is the TPR valve. It is being routed into a crawl space. This doesn’t seem to be correct? Am I correct in thinking this?

Had the same thing yesterday, except mine was actually leaking into the CS.
My report stated:
“The discharge pipe from the pressure relief valve discharges into the crawl space, where any leaks would not be noticed. It should be plumbed to the exterior and terminate no more than twenty-four inches above grade and no closer than six inches to it, or it should discharge to a concrete floor where no damage would result.”
