Hey there, a singular discolored truss with “Fur” noted on this home in the coastal area of S Florida. has anyone seen this, does it appear to be a natural condition of perhaps the original component or from an external effect?
Never seen that on a truss, but I had a crawlspace support post that deteriorated from salt water from a water softener discharge.
