I think they were all concentric. I am not sure, but eccentric would require additional bonding? Can you please explain more on this?

No, only if the KO’s are damaged. Read section 250.92 and 250.96 and you will see the difference in Service Bonding versus Other than Service Bonding.

You didn’t explain hy eccentric or concetric makes a difference. Or at least in terms I understood. I didn’t see any damage to the knockouts.
