Have a client looking at a small warehouse and the lender is requesting a type 1 environmental inspection as well as a commercial inspection? What is this and who typically does them? Thanks

It takes more than watching someone do it and you can do the next one. Lots of research. Just sub it out to an engineer and tack 20% on top of it.
