Uh oh. Warning to home inspection franchisees using ISN

I just heard bad news from a member. He got into a dispute with his inspection franchise and the franchise was able to instruct ISN to shut off service to the inspector. The inspector was in the middle of an inspection. He lost all his scheduled inspections and client database. ISN just shut him down - judge, jury, executioner.

I’ve reached out to the CEO of Porch for his comment.

Hmmm…too few details to make an assessment of Porch. If the franchise is not being paid and they provide ISN access as part of the deal, then…well? Maybe the franchise keeps some things in their control for these reasons?

Yep, not enough info to pass judgement on anyone here. The franchisee may have been given plenty of notice and warning.
