They had an "expert" ASHI inspector check out a house and then 3 other inspectors do an inspection. They were hoping to find out big mistakes by the 3. They all missed something that the "expert" noted to varying degrees. Sometimes they mentioned it verbally but forgot to put it in the report. The "expert" did say that you can't tear a house apart to inspect it and it's just a visual inspection and it's always possible to miss hidden defects.
In the closing segment on how to make sure you get a good inspection, they again mentioned ASHI and recommended that you get an inspector with E&O insurance so that you can go after him/her if he/she screws up.
