Condo inspection yesterday, apparent leakage from unit above. Absoluutely no visible evidence. Client happy and impressed!
Be careful to call it out as being from the unit above. Sometimes water travels from roof leaks, poor roof penetration flashing, A/C condensation pan leaks etc. If that’s the case, the condo association may need an IR roof scan. Here’s one of a roof drain leak that ended up in a ceiling 2 floors below the leak:
