has anyone seen anything like this? Looks like a fitting to “jack” a foundation. These were space approximately 8 inches apart on the back wall of a garage. A “foam-like” material was observed around the base of a few of these.
There is a new method of injection foam beneath concrete to raise and level it. . The do typically have a special fitting but I don’t know if they leave them when it’s under the house.
