Unknown roof material

I was recently a home inspection in Palm Springs . The home was built in 1950. However I have never seen this before they sprayed foam over what appeared at first glance appeared to be concrete tile. Can anybody tell me what material the is is when I pull back some of the foam it appeared to be some type of compacted material it was light weight and started to crumble around the edges. Can anybody tell me what type of material this is?

It looks like sprayed foam over composite/compressed cardboard type shingles. And looks like a scammy looking job from N. MI.

Can you imagine water running behind that metal and rotting away the wood?

Could it be asbestos? Paint it to “encapsulate” instead of tearing it off?

That looks exactly like SPF roofing.
