Join us near the mountains! This three-day, in-person class will prepare students to confidently perform commercial property inspections. In a series of lectures and class discussions, students will become familiar with inspecting a variety of commercial building systems, and learn essential business practices to thrive in the diverse commercial real estate landscape. Students will have the opportunity to apply the class material by actively participating in a mock inspection.
