Is that 12 wire on 30 amp breakers?

If you are asking would I buy the house, well no.

If you are asking if it is ok, I see it all the time around here on the 60 to 100 year old houses, so yes, assuming it is not a fire hazard.

When you get into the older homes, they are replacing fused panels and not the actual house wiring, so it is common to see stuff like this.

What you are looking for is that those 30 amp breakers are sized properly for the circuit it is serving. If they are not properly protecting the wires, they need to be correctly sized.

Also the white wire needs black tape and the neutral and the ground can only be bonded in one location in a residential service, and that is in the main panel…(bar&green screw also removed.)
