Use the CMI Client Satisfaction Survey to land more home inspection jobs.

All of the questions are followed by a short blank in front of “yes” then a check box then “no” then a check box… could be confusing to some.

So what should I do to make the form better?

Remove the blank… it looks like a place to check “yes”… Hmmm… I don’t know… 2 opportunities to check yes may be a good thing!
