You guys did so well with the old house, I thought I would try another one. I am doing a house Tue morning (before the old home), that has been vacant for over 2 years. I plan to run the water long enough to ensure I can see any leaks in the crawlspace & to empty & refill the HWH, what else. I also plan to take my .22 pistol into the crawlspace for any visitors.

Take the cell phone, watch out for moving ground (rats) & make sure it is obvious that someone is in the crawl space by propping open the door or something. I also use a pair of coveralls just for this wonderful episode.
