I remember Juan when he was just trying to figure out IF he was going to stay in the military OR get out of the military and start home inspection business. He was humble enough to be asking for assistance to make that determination but also self aware enough to consult “the experts” to assist in HIM making the final decision on what to do. He was on track IMHO.
I hope he is doing really well (I surmise that he is) and killing it in this field.
