Vegetation is encroaching the yard walls in various areas. Recommend that these areas be monitored and any problems noted be corrected by Landscape Contractor.
What a shame, that cactus is probably 150 years old.

Wed. I close on 5 acres of desert NW of Oro Valley in Tucson. Have about 30 of those on the property, from 2 ft. to 30 ft. will have to carefully determine where to build a house and which ones to sell. But they are beautiful and will try to keep as many as possible. The Chollas are a different story tho.
