I found this vent piping running horizontally across the attic floor. It did appear in some cases to run downward in areas.
Is it OK for this much vent pipe to run horizontal ? If not, how would you write this up ?
I believe(memory serves me right) vents are suppose to have the same slope requirements of drains. So horizontal runs are OK, with slope.

Thank you. After pondering and reading all night. I came to the same conclusion. It is rare for me to see this type of configuration so I started thinking about the actual home design and the layout of the bathrooms. I determined that this was probably not the best way but perhaps one of many ways that would pass code.
