What do you make of a vertical crack in the foundation, it is on both the inside and outside and starts right at the window and runs all the way down to the floor.
It looks like an older home, which looks fine to me. There would have to be a lot more going on then just that crack before I would make a big deal out of it. Note it and move on.
Recommend they seal it to prevent moisture intrusion and monitor it for future movement, it’s not a concern in and of itself at that size and location.

Urethane injection.
Now that’s if there are no more issues in the foundation.
Most likely has no effect on structure and yes I agree Injection needed!
That window frame needs to be sealed also.May be letting in water intrusion.
