Is anyone else having a problem with the pay per view videos? I have paid and now I can’t get it back. All I get is a black screen, but it says I have paid for unlimited viewing. Now one seems to know what to do when I e-mail NACHI.

I have already e-mail Ben and I am waiting on Chris from early yesterday e-mail.
