The process to distribute the vaccine, particularly outside of nursing homes and hospitals out into the community as a whole, did not really exist. It was left to each state.

Exactly! Not Biden. Not Trump. We are a collection of sovereign states. And you have no idea what distribution plans were in place. Election. Nov 3rd. Vaccine announced Nov. 8th. First roll-out December 14th to healthcare workers. And the states have done a very good job down here.

At the core of Biden’s plan is a posture of more federal involvement that Trump has resisted at every step throughout the Covid-19 crisis.

Usually the leader of that country speaks about issues, good or bad, on behalf of the government. Journalist speak on behalf of collected data from varying sources or informants.
Whether it is accurate or not, but it pays the bills for them and gets promotions.
