Not sure I follow you Raf…If the system is grounded correctly the grounds should come back to the main service cabinet. Now maybe it is just behind a grouping of wires but again the grounds have to terminate somewhere in the BOX…so check again very close…

Occasionally, these is an additional “gutter” (if you will) that requires removing another cover. There you will find the grounding and neutral bus bars. . .

I don’t have a full picture of the panel (sorry) but this is what I mean.
Removing the dead front cover exposes the breakers but there are no terminations of the neutrals and grounds. . .

Another cover (to the right of the meter base & SEC taps and below the breakers) exposes the bus bars for the grounds and neutrals in this vertical "gutter."
