Hey to all you HIs,


I?ve been asked to help write an article for our local paper?s Real Estate section. The topics to be covered are to include all the contentious issues, you know, FPE/Zinsco panels, radon, mold, asbestos, PB pipe and the like. If anyone has any input they would like to share (royalty free of course) please respond. My deadline is 12/5 so keep responding until then. This is a great chance for us to educate the masses.

I would think that a just a mention of the above items should be enough. You don’t want people to think they know so much they don’t need an inspection.

I have been trying to get my local paper to run an article written by me with no success. They say it would be an advertisement. I could pay to run it at the ad rates.


What arrangement do you have?


See if they can run it as a once a month column and then just cover three items each time, you can also answer reader's questions. This will make you seem more of an expert.
