Inspected a warehouse … empty inside…, just a big square.
Any info on why the back entrance is below grade ?
I have inside pics of the the concrete floor cut …looks like a
drain …
Have you anybody seen this type of construction ?
Maybe they got too much water flowing from the alley into the building so they reset the grade with asphalt and made other changes inside, as needed…just a guess.
I have never seen that type of construction before.
