WDO inspection agreement

Hello, I am wondering about an agreement for a WDO inspection. I am making the switch to the Nachi online agreement system and am wondering why there is not an agreement for the WDO inspection, and if anyone might have a sample of the WDO agreement or addendum they use? Thanks for any info.

I think the best place to get advice is where you took your courses on
WDO.
