Thanks Nick, very good points. I particularly like the section where Mr. Cohen mentions making overly inflated promises. I have always had problems with inspection companies which state they are the largest, do more inspections, the best, et cetera. That includes some of the Franchisors who seem to take liberties with their overstated claims.
Isn’t that the truth.
Some would do well to read the “existing business relationship” portion as many believe that it applies to commercial e-mails.
