Generally, what do you call the Navigation section of a website (the blue border on the left-hand side of nachi.org, for example)? Navigation? Menu? Buttons? I’m working on something and I want to label everything so that it makes sense.

Navigation Frame


But since we on the topic I would love to see a "site map" option. Single page with all of NACHI's pages catorgizes and linked. A site map differs from a navigation frame in that you do not have to know under what menu/sub menu a page can be found.
