I know weep holes are required at the base of masonry veneer walls as well as over the doors and windows. But what about over arched windows? I remember reading somewhere that they were not required over arched windows but I can not find where I read this.
Any thoughts?

I am absolutely amazed sometimes by how much thought goes into doing things wrong

That's a great link. Plenty of information and great diagrams, you're right about everything you ever wanted to know and then some. We could add a little to our inspection tip of the day site.
