I was told the owner tried digging a well but never actually did it. Sounds fishy to me. This is a 4” PVC pipe coming out of the ground about 6 inches with a 2” galvanized pipe in the center and a pvc fitting at the top. There was no debris as if a well drilling machine had ever been there, nor enough room for a well drilling rig to get to this area. I was maybe thinking something to do with a cistern or septic system. Anyone ever see this before?
