Okay Bob, I have version 4.5 but I don’t see the Energy Report options. Where do I turn that on from?
There is a red lightning bolt at the top of the inspecting reports next to the upload button.
I have HIP 4, what’s the fee to upgrade to 4.5?
Nothing. The version is 4.x and you are paid. There would be no upgrade until it goes to 5.0

So Bob how do you merge the new upgrade?
I was able to download it no problems but I am not sure how to merge it.
There is nothing to merge .Simply run the update and look for it in your x86 files under Home Inspector Pro.
The desktop icon will show you exact location as well. right click-properties]
The upgrade should be already merged with your previous versions data.
Just go to -open inspection- as usual to see whats there as before.
Odd. What resolution is your screen at?
I installed the HIP trial for now. When I click on…lets say the bedroom tab, it still lists bathrooms, kitchen sinks, etc. Why? thank you for your help.
