Inspection Agreement - Well Flow Testing

Would be interested in seeing other companies contracts for doing well flow tests. Especially areas that limit liability in regards to pumps running dry, well cave ins, leech field flooding etc. - I assume the current owner of the well (the seller) would have to sign the agreement even if the buyers were paying for the test since your liability exposure is with them.
