We're building a free consumer complaint system for members and their clients to use.

Also please ask:

  • How long has it been since you were institutionalized?
  • Choose the phrase that appeals to you most:
  1. Something for nothing.
  2. Something for something.
  • On a scale of Ha (1) to (5) Hahhahahaha. how much do you think we care?
  • Did your mother have any children that lived?
  • If corn oil is made from corn, and vegetable oil is made from vegetables, what is baby oil made from?

So, from a client’s perspective:

At a minimum I’m irritated. Possibly pi**ed off to no end. I sit down and write an email or call my inspector. I get a form to fill out that is obviously a means to protect the inspectors insurance company. You know what? F*ck you Mr. Home Inspector I’m going to leave you some bad reviews now. All I wanted was a simple hand holding explanation because I wasn’t aware things stop working in used houses.

This is what I have been looking for! Thanks

Feel free to use it now. It’s live. I’m handling the complaints.

Great idea including the NACHI SOP and Life Expectancy chart!

Very interesting.

A dispute / complaint form I’ve used for 15 years and

letter to disgruntled client from 7 years ago that found termite damage AFTER taking off window trim

This tool is great…

Question: does it make sense to require the use of this tool as part of the InterNACHI PIA?

If I was your potential Client, and you attempted to “REQUIRE” me to use this tool, you would have one less potential client to worry about. Either that, or I’d simply laugh in your face and do as I wish anyway. What gives you the authority to REQUIRE me to do anything?
