I’m familiar with wind MITIGATION inspection. But if someone wants just that. What all needs inspected? Charge $200.00 ?separate from a full home inspection? What’s good study material for this?
Just follow the wind mitigation form (OIR-B1-1802). The roof coverings, type of roof, roof deck attachment. I used the nachi wind mitigation course. Has pretty good study materials.
