Service amperage cannot be determined, however, that thing needs some help.

The service entrance is improper (no mast head and no weather seal) and the panel appears to be damaged (possibly an over-heating issue at some point).

Who cares it all needs to be replaced I’d like to know what power company actually hooked that up in my 12 years of being a electrician I haven’t met an inspector that would give that the green light nor a power co that would hook it up.

Good thinking J.J. The double-throw on the lower left is most likely the main and is 60 amp. The wiring looks like some type that was in use pre-1960 going to the main breaker. Seems to0 feed from the bottom–

There is no main in that panel. The feed comes from the top (look close and you can see the service attachment to the bus).

The service amperage cannot be determined.
