Hey everyone!

It normally takes me about 2-2.5 hours to conduct an inspection, and about 45 minutes-1hr. to do report. Then another 45 minutes or so to do the ‘walk-through’ with the selling agent and my clients. This is typical for a 3-4 bed, 3 bath, 2-3 car, 2500 fsf. house in my neck of the woods. Am considering changing from laptop reporting to a PDA with Palm Vue, perhaps. This would provide shorter reporting time.

I have been inspecting homes for 5 years, and I keep on the move and generally don’t stop for a soda or water break until I am done with the inspection process.

NACHI is awesome!
