Does Trump saying “If You Go After Me, I’m Coming After You” fall under the 1st Amendment right to free speech, or does it constitute witness tampering/intimidation being he is facing trial in the near future?
For me, I consider witness tampering/intimidation as being an extremely egregious event, as it may hinder the full truth from being revealed during court proceedings.
