What kind of breaker is this

Hey guys I have never seen a breaker like this before. Its like a tandem breaker but they aren’t stacked on top of each other. Is it still called a tandem breaker?

That is just an older style Square D tandem. The newer style has the handles over and under.

yep…terminals on that square d are on the end of the breaker almost on top of each other.
