What are the reference manuals and books that every home inspector should have on their shelfs?
Just curious what everyone is using and why?
Thanks,

All five of the CodeCheck books are great tools to have available during an inspection for quick reference.
Subscribe to Journal of Light Construction, that is a magazine I continue to learn from. Another good magazine is Fine Homebuilding.
The Rex Cauldwell book is a great resource but is getting dated.
Everything else mentioned here is good advice.

Ditto the Rex Cauldwell book, and another one I use is “Real Estate Home Inspection, Mastering the Profession” by Russell Burgess.
